Get back to you
If you’re like most women today, you’re experiencing a range of challenges and triumphs- all of which affect your mental health.
You notice your mood changing, you’re feeling lost.
You feel burnt out. Your corporate job is draining. You continue to experience sexism in the workplace, despite is being 2024.
Or perhaps you’ve been through a rough pregnancy filled with mood changes and you just don’t feel like you.
It can feel lonely to carry all of that on your shoulders. You don’t have to go through it by yourself.
You don’t have to do this alone. Therapy can be a helpful tool
If you’re facing these issues, day-to-day life may feel overwhelming and hard.

Welcome, I’m glad you’re here.
Psychology has a complicated history with women (Freud, anyone?) I’ve had too many clients share how they haven’t been validated, believed, or heard in their life experiences. I want to change that and create a safe and welcoming place for all those who identify as women to explore and strengthen their mental health. There’s nothing wrong with you. You are deserving of compassion and support and being kind to your authentic self.

EMDR
Your mind can begin to heal from psychological trauma, just as your body heals from physical trauma. EMDR engages your brain to help reprocess traumatic events in a way that builds on your unique resilience.
EMDR is a researched base type of therapy that works on processing painful events in the brain. EMDR helps to activate your brain to reprocess past painful events or memories. It helps to engage your brain and body’s natural ability to heal itself. Unlike other forms of therapy used to address traumatic experiences, not much verbal reacting of the event is part of the process.
