Hi, I’m Katherine
(She/her)
I’ve worked with children and adolescents for over ten years, but shifted my practice to focus on women, with a particular focus on maternal mental health. Why? Because I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges and nuances of being a woman in the 21st century. Careers, relationships, global events, motherhood, trauma…the list goes on. It all shapes who we are and how we navigate through the world. I believe women deserve more support, validation, and space to explore both who they are and who they want to become.
Women’s mental health has been neglected for generations-let’s change that. You and your unique experiences matter. Ending the stigma related to women’s mental health is something I’m passionate about and I am reminded daily of the privilege it is to work with clients throughout their intimate journey of mental health.
Before becoming a therapist, I was a Montessori teacher. I’ve worked in community mental health, schools, outpatient hospitals, and private practice settings. Happy to share more about my journey!
Clinical specialities: Perinatal mental health, anxiety, depression, mind-body connection, EMDR.

Hi, I’m Olivia
(She/her)
Therapy is a valuable tool in improving overall happiness, self-confidence, and quality of life. I work with women on a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, family dynamics, and more. I’m passionate about helping women better understand and express themselves; helping them to lead fuller and more purposeful lives. I practice through a client-centered approach in order to explore past and present experiences and feelings that have made an impact on who you are and how you make your way in the world.

What is counseling, anyway?
Counseling (otherwise known as therapy) is a process that can help you to manage challenging events in your life through the discussion of emotions and feelings. Your counselor acts as a mirror, reflecting back your thoughts and feelings and allowing you to gain further insight into your life. We will come together to focus on each client’s s needs in a culturally and developmentally appropriate method. We help women explore their emotions in a safe space, free of judgement or pressure. By embracing each client's own unique story and strengths, we can help you find adaptive coping skills to allow you to flourish.
